🔁 Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns for spices if the product is found to be damaged, spoiled, or not usable at the time of delivery.
📅 Return Window: Within 2 days of receiving the product.
📸 Please provide a photo of the issue while contacting us.

📦 Other Products (Dry Fruits, Pulses, Flour, Masalas, etc.)

You can return any other product for any reason — whether it’s a change of mind or anything else.
📅 Return Window: Within 6 days of receiving the product.
🧾 Please ensure the item is unused and in original packaging.


🚚 How to Request a Return?

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (for online payments).

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we may offer a store credit or bank transfer, depending on your preference.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the return is received.


❗Important Notes

  • Products returned without approval or beyond the return window will not be accepted.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or wrong.

  • If the product is opened, used, or not in original condition (except defective spices), refund will not be applicable.
