Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:
If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (for online payments).
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may offer a store credit or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
✅ Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the return is received.
Products returned without approval or beyond the return window will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or wrong.
If the product is opened, used, or not in original condition (except defective spices), refund will not be applicable.
